The aim of therapy/counselling is to help you feel better, think more clearly and gain understanding of the causes of your problems and learn how to cope more effectively. CBT and counselling can be used short term for more simpler problems and long term therapy for more deep routed and complex issues.

CBT used with mindfulness can have many advantages and create positive changes. CBT focuses on the way a person thinks (cognition) and acts (behaviour) in order to gain awareness, aid understanding, gain control and overcome emotional and behavioural problems.

About Me

I`m a CBT therapist holding a Masters degree and post graduate degree for clinical supervision.
With 17 years experience, I have worked with many couples, individuals and also young people. I also work with mindfulness and meditation.


I am fully insured and certified to work in Luxembourg. Certificate Minstere De L'Enseignement Superieur Et De La Recherche obtained for both counselling & Supervision
