Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Well-being - 8 week course

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy – MBCT - blends mindfulness practices, CBT & group learning to support you to access your inner resources & achieve your goals.

MBCT is an experiential group programme integrating CBT to help us understand our mind & body better, including learning how to deal with triggers & stress better. You will be supported to develop the ‘muscle’ of mindfulness through guided mindfulness meditations, movement practices and group discussion all underpinned by evidence-based CBT practices to facilitate personal growth and change. 

What can I expect during the course?

It`s all on-line for 2 hours each week, for 8 sessions and a day long retreat - all on-line.  In addition it includes:

·        An Orientation session with handouts

·        A day of silent guided practice, follow up information & practice with recordings

·        Ongoing access to our on-line learning platform with many audios & information

·        Recordings of all the meditations we practice 

·        A comprehensive course workbook for each session

What is the commitment between sessions?

Your home meditation practice is an integral part of the MBCT programme = 30-45 minutes practice each day.

What does it cost?

€350 for the 24 hours of live tuition & all resources.

Early bird rate €325 available until Friday 17th March.

·        Day of Practice: Saturday 3rd June, 10.00 – 16.00
